Death certificate

Every village,panchayat or municipalty will register the death of a person after getting a valid death certificate from hospital..So, Indira's brain tumour death was approved by the hospital,and even the chandni chowk accepted it.My question is according to hindu culture,dead face should not be covered with a cloth at the time of dead body cremature by fire.Every one witnessed her funeral ceremony.So how come indira returns back.😕
