Chapter-27

Indira makes Seher sleeping in her lap and starts reading Sameer's diary. Indira reads January, February, March, April and May, the more she reads about him the more she admires about him. He is very dedicated, fun loving but knows his responsibilities and loves his mother a lot. He has no girlfriends till now, Indira feels oddly happy about that. Indira drinks some water and starts reading the diary back. It is June 2006,

Sameer diary – Exams are over, and I am sure I will get a huge score. Today we went to shopping mall as my friends want to go to a disc and want to buy some flashy clothes for disco, but I am not interested to go as I want to enjoy with my mother. When she is gives me oil ki champi and bitching about neighbors hahahah it will be fun to be with my mom. I was roaming aimless in the shopping mall when a girl came and banged with me, I turned to look at her but she said sorry and went away without showing her face. Shall I tell you one secret her back is really sexy ;)

Indira grasps reading that 'is this the Sameer she knows' and unknowingly gets jealous of the unknown girl, 'hogi koi, short dress and backless top mein, that's why he said back is sexy' says bitterly. Indira angrily opens the diary to read it.

Sameer diary – I just saw her red dress. Once again she came infront of me and this time I decided to see her face, she is arguing with someone about mehendi. Her voice is very attractive, I first saw her hair which is falling like curtains on her face, and she pushed the hair to reveal her beautiful ears I felt like whispering my name in her ears. Then her lips caught my attention, looks so soft and felt like kissing her.

Indira closes the diary as cannot read further, she is envying that girl. 'Who can be that girl, so lucky. I donot want to read it anymore'. Keeps the diary back, feeling very low thinking Sameer loves or atleast likes some other girl. But her heart want to read further, Indira 'let it be Indira may be if I can know who the girl is I may help him to get that girl back into his life' she feels depressed but starts reading the diary again.

Sameer diary – then I noticed her eyes, I have never seen such a beauty in my life. Her eyes speak volumes. I just want to know the name of the girl who took my breath away with her single Jalak. And god is great he helped me in knowing the name when a woman called her. Her name is as beautiful as she – 'Indira', if we can believe in love at first sight may be I have fallen in love with her. Dil be kitna pagal hain LOL

Indira repeats 'Indira, my name. Or another girl with my name', she turns the page to read more.

Sameer diary – today I got a hope that I will get my dream job. I am walking on the street when it started drizzling. I run towards the empty bus stop when I saw a girl coming towards the bus stop. She is wearing a white dress and due to rain it is getting transparent she is feeling uncomfortably adjusting the dress. My heart did a flipflop to see the girl is none other than Indira, I donot want to face her because she is already feeling uncomfortable due to her dress, so I kept my coat on the bench and hide myself in the dark, praying she should see my coat. At last she saw the coat and took it searching around. When she finds no one, she wears it happily and went away when her bus arrived.

Indira feels as if she is reading some repeat of a scene in her life. Indira 'white dress, coat and bus stop, I feel like reading my own experience in the book' she is more confused, starts reading.

Sameer diary – Goa trip, the memorable trip in my life because I have seen her in our Goa trip.

Indira immediately checks the dates, 'OMG, even I went to Goa in the same dates. Can this be possible Sameer is talking about me' her heart want to be little selfish and believe that Sameer is talking about her but her mind is not allowing her to make herself a fool at the end. Sameer diary – She is xx college girl, dropped at xx hotel near beach.

Indira's heart starts beating fast, Indira 'S-Sameer is talking about me. xx college batch that went to Goa at that time has only one student with name Indira and that's me', she smiles to herself and alone tear falls from her cheek. She continues reading to confirm her doubts. I followed her took a lot of pictures of her without her knowledge, the more I came to know about her the more I am falling for her. She is fun loving, independent and caring type of person. My stupidity I told my friend to sell the ticket of a party without knowing that Indira is going to the same party. I followed her to the shopping, I felt so happy when she selected all my favorite items like green dress for the party and mask.

Indira "is he in Goa following me, but why I did not saw him"

Sameer diary – at last I reached the venue without ticket and saw her coming out of the van in green dress looking like a diva. God cannot be so cruel seeing my eye candy going into the party and I am waiting outside. I bought the ticket for double the price to meet my sweet heart.

Indira's heart did a flipflop to read the word 'sweetheart'

Sameer diary – went in to see she is standing with her friends, I approached her to ask her for dance. Thank god my mask is on otherwise she might have seen how much I am nervous to approach her. To my luck she accepted to dance with me, later she innocently confessed that she accepted to dance with me to escape some bad guy. I cannot stop my smile to see her innocence – god I am really falling in love with her, no one can save me now.

Indira 'Sameer loves me, Sameer loves me as Indira', she remembers how Sameer saves her 'now I understand why he risked his life for me because he still loves me. Then why he send me away' Indira tries to reason herself than something strikes her 'maybe he feared about his reputation, and everytime I remembered him about his past. He donot want his dark past fall on us' Indira remembers few incidences where Sameer says she is can go back, so that his reputation wonot disturb her. Indira release a sob 'such a fool I am, couldnot see his love for me. His reputation does not matter to me until he loves me with his heart. I-I want to go back and ask him to keep me and Seher with him. I wonot leave him until he accepts. I give a damn about this society. When I am leading a horrible life with Sumer this society never helped me then why should I fear about this society to live with my love' Indira takes the decision and immediately raises from her seat places Seher in the seat comfortably and goes near the driver. Indira "can you please stop the bus I want to go back to Naintal urgently" Driver "mam we already travelled half of the distance" Indira "but it is little urgent, please help me how to go back" Driver "ok mam, I will drop you in next bus station from there you can get bus back to Naintal" Indira "thanks" Driver gives a fatherly smile to Indira and takes a little turn to drop her at bus station. Indira goes back and takes the bag out of the cabinet and puts all her belongings except the diary. In the mean while Seher gets up and looks at Indira with sleepy eyes still looking dull. Indira feels bad for Seher says "Sam-, no Papa ka paas jana hain" Seher smiles widely and sits with a jerk saying "yyyeeesss". Indira kisses Seher soundly, cares her hair. Driver stops the bus at the bus station and calls for Indira. Indira notices that bus is stopped and the driver is calling for her. Indira makes Seher walk down the bus and thanks the driver, goes to ticket counter to buy the return ticket to Naintal.
