1. Inshi's child dies or

2. Both Inshi diesor

3. Indira give birth to child in the come stage apart from shweta's entry between Inshi.

We really don't want shwetha to become surrogate mother and comein b/w inshi.

Actually if shweta becomes surrogate mother, then she will become real mother. The child is no more Inshi' kid. It will be rishita Kid. The thing is we can't tolerate the third person between our Inshi.

1.rishi is marrying her.So she will be related to rishi child legally.

2.There are no documents b/w INSHI and Shweta on this surrogacy.

3.Indira can't take her kid after deliveyr.SO if Rishi and shweta are riasing the kid.Acc to the law-Rishi and shweta will be the parents as they are parenting the child for 6 years.

4.Indira will have no right left on the child bcoz she neither carried,delivered nor did parenting.

5.Only Indira will be a biological mom thats it.Only being a biological mother she can't demand her child bcoz it will effect the child and also Shweta life who has been married to rishi
