Shweta is a surrogate mother if she carries Inshi child and later handit over to INshi.But things are happening different in the story.Rishi is marrying shweta so that she doesnot be a pregnant without marriage.Moreover Indira is in coma,cv's are planning 6 yrs leap.So if in these 6 years the child will be born.Shweta is the one who will take the labour pain and is the one who raise the child,then legally,morally child belongs to shweta and Rishi
She will no more be a surrogate mother.
