Actually Child can sustain , since it is only in conception stage ( 2 days). But if they try to surrogate transfer , that can create problem.

so indiras pregnancy is for more than one month it seems.
so child transper is possible.

and precap and promo also promises --chowkadene wala and anokha twist.

8 months fetus can be taken out by c-section. Does not need surrogate mom. May need special care because mom is sick.but she's taking cancer medication this will harm the baby. But I think that Sweta is Not telling any thing .

yes you are right, if she is 8 months pregnant then they can simple do the C-section before the due date. this happens a lot in real life, because of some complication etc. the patient is operated before the due date.the baby is pre-mature but due to all the advancement in the medical field the baby will be completely alright.
