Nikhila, I think that was a natural reaction from Rishi's side because he has been away from his beloved one for such long time (kidnapping track) and insecurites are bound to occur when there is a third person (Sumer) suddenly interfering in their personal/family matters. But on the other hand, I also wondered why he said exactly that dialogue. Quite surprising actually. He should not doubt Indira's love, at least not after having witnessed how Indira sacrificed herself for Rishi's sake in front of Videet. 🤔

Just for the motive of degrading her character they do this

Look since I represent both the sides I must say I have read a lot of posts by Sumitians, I mean who are solely devoted to Sumit unlike me. I dont think a lot of them actually demand anything more than "Dont show something which unnecessarily derogatory to Rishi esp for comic purposes" I agree with them whole heartedly. But there are some pple who take this very argument to a very different level. then the bashing begins and I have seen pple who try to tell their POV which shows Indira in a better light constantly stigmatized as zealous Rati fanatics. 😕 And ofcourse if those threads get a few nods then we have a lot of them coming out to call Indira characterless. 😆
