The creators of "HD" are following a typical business strategy,similar to the one we see when there is a sale going on in stores,where the 50% off is written in bold,and the upto is written in very small size.So,we rush in,and later come to know that in none of the products there is a flat 50% off.Similarly,our expectations are raised high with articles,which say there is going to be a big twist in the story of 'HD';that it is a 'different' story,but we're brought back to square-one. I'm sure when this current track of Rishi's abduction will be over,the story will take its regular pace,with the on-and-off marriage track.They know that we are attached to the show,emotionally,for the past 6 months,and at this point of time,it will be difficult for us to completely detach ourselves from it.Whether we like it,or not,we will response to their poor script.And I believe,we're;somehow,or the other,we're responding;if we're not watching the broadcast on TV,we're surfing the forum and reading written updates,or watching it online after few hours when it airs.
But this strategy won't go for long,because there are wider options on TV at present.We can always divert our attention to any story,where it gives us pure entertainment.And one such story is,"Is Pyaar Ko Kiya Naam Doin",on Star Plus,which really has a good story-line,especially the way the story of Kushi and Arnav is handled.They have a great chemistry,and although they have disagreements most of the time,they make a beautiful pair.And the most important part,Arnav and Khusi are together;their internal family problems are there,but they face it together.Besides,there is a balance maintained between romance,drama,and humor.This is what a good script has,and this makes it work.
I have not sited the example to compare Rishi-Indira with Arnav-Kushi;its rather a comparison of the writer's skill,and the director's art,which I hope the writer and director of 'HD' take into account and find their flaws,and work on it;so that we get a better script of 'HD',with such fabulous actors like,Rati and Sumit.Friends this is a request,please read carefully and judge it with an open-mind,as we often compare two,or more books by different authors,or compare movies.Criticism is not always bad.Whether a work of fiction,or a piece of art,criticism and comparison is a phase,which they have to face.Give your criticisms and opinions.
