Just a minor point and a pedantic one at that- the Macau marriage is not valid as Rishi is legally Ricki Dewan as stated on his passport (a legal proof of identity ) and Rishi Kumar is an alias name used by him.

The Macau marriage certificate states Indira Sherma and Rishi Kumar. Only Indira Sherma's name is legally and correctly stated.

Unless Rishi has legally changed his name and we the audience were not privy to it the marriage is null and void. However after seening the court scenes I bow to dramatic liscence being used.
