Chapter-37

Next day Sameer comes to lab and sees Indira stands at the desk turning other side, he comes and hugs her from back with a cute smile. Indira turns and hugs him immediately as if she is seeing Sameer after many days. Sameer "wow, I went just one day and I am getting such a warm welcome" Sameer feels some difference in the way Indira hugged him. Sameer tone becomes serious "what happened Indira?" Indira "my parents came to know that I am with some guy on that day but they donot know anything. Dad said he believes me and asked me not to do anything that we need to regret later" Sameer can clearly see the pain in her eyes "Indira are you regretting that you came with-" Indira places her palm on Sameer's mouth saying "never say that, it is one of the beautiful day of my life" Sameer kisses on her palm taking it into his hand "that is the best day of my life and waiting for you to fill my whole life with such days"

Indira "Ishitha is right even I cannot bare if papa misunderstands you. As everyone knows you are engaged to Natasha, I couldnot tell them about you" Sameer takes her hand and asks her "let's go to your house and will talk with your parents." Indira "but what if papa-" Sameer "he will understand, Indira. Let's try" Indira nods her head, Rishi enter the lab and stops seeing Indira and Sameer coming out hand in hand. Rishi adjusts his specs "Indira and Sameer sir" Sameer gives a smile to Rishi turns towards Indira "so let's start with him" Indira smiles and goes near to Rishi and says "Rishi, I I want to introduce you to my boyfriend" Sameer almost laughed hearing boyfriend word from Indira. She glares at Sameer for making fun of her. Sameer keeps a serious face controlling his laugh. Indira goes back to Sameer and puts her hand on his elbow and says "Sameer Diwan, my boyfriend" Rishi stands with an open mouth, where they hear a loud sound. Indira and Sameer sees Ishitha standing at the back of Rishi, files in her hand are fallen on the ground. Sameer and Indira shout "Ishitha" as she is about to faint, Rishi turns and catches her. Makes her sit on the chair and gives her water to drink. Ishitha and Rishi turns towards Sameer still in shock. Indira gives an uncomfortable smile to both and says "why you both are so shocked" Sameer thinks 'god if this is the situation of these two then what will happen in Indira's house if they know about us' Rishi stammers "I-Indira, Sameer sir" suddnely comes to panic mode "how, why when?"
Sameer closes his eyes 'typical Rishi' Indira becomes serious goes near Rishi "I donot know when and how but we love each other and we are going to inform our parents today. Rishi will you support me" Rishi gives her a smile "ofcourse Indira, ya be poochna ki baat hain, I will always support you. But-" turns towards Sameer. Sameer starts "I know you might be thinking about Natasha and my engagement" Rishi gives an embarrassment smile, Sameer continues "I have broken the engagement when I returned from London but due to some reason official announcement is not given, I think I will do that in few days as well" Rishi relaxes, he know Sameer is not a type of guy who do time pass with girls. Ishitha gets up and hugs Indira "congrats" and gives a smile to Sameer which is returned with a nod from Sameer.

Rishi-Ishitha, Indira-Sameer enters SN. Sameer explained that he and Indira want to marry with all their blessings. There is silence prolonged in living room of SN. Everyone is too shocked or too happy to respond. Kutumb who donot know about Natasha and Sameer's engagement is on 9^th cloud that really prince came to marry her daughter. Inder, Munna and Vidith are in doubt what to say and what not to say. Ishaan, sunania and Seema are happy for Indira as he knows whole truth from Rishi. Before Munna can say anything Inder interfers "beta, we love and trust our daughter. I have faith in her decisions but I am a father. I still fear about her future. We need some time to think about this. I am very happy that you came and told us the truth instead of some third person. I really appreciate that."

Sameer nods his head as if he understands "I donot mind Inder ji, it is your right to decide your daughter's fate but please remember that my fate depends on your decision too" he folds his hands as Namaste and turns to goes from there. Munna turns to his dad "but dad he is enga-" Inder stops him from saying "we cannot jump to conclusions Munna, because it is our Indira's life" Munna cools down seeing Indira's pleasing face "fine, we will thinking about this." As soon as Inder, Munna and Vidith leaves kutumb hugs Indira "hayee, mere saree sapane sach hogaye, really prince came to marry my daughter, nazar na kaga meri beti per" she puts a kala teeka behind Indira's ear. Kutumb takes Sunania inside.Ishaan, Rishi and Seema gives Indira a naughty grin "will you tell your story or -" Indira gives them a forced smile "kasi story and kyon se story" Rishi "oh my god, this whole love story is happening infront of me and I am-" Ishaan completes "blind, yes you r blind duffer" Rishi hits Ishaan and they start their pillow fight. Seema comes and stand beside Indira giving her a side hug "donot worry Indira everything will be fine. Just it needs some time.It's god's grace that no one saw you and Sameer on that day" Indira "yes, bhabi. I am so happy. I hope everything clears soon"

Next day Indira enters Lab and Sameer comes and hugs her as usual. Indira pushes him "you are not going to hug me or touch me until marriage" Sameer gives her you-must-be-joking expression. Indira tries her best to not to laugh on his expression folder her hand and says with an attitude "I am serious" Sameer "ok fine, let's see. How you will resist me. I wonot touch you but-" gives her a naughty smile and goes from there. Indira gives a suspicious look thinking 'I need to be careful; he is sure planning some mischief'.

The whole day to Indira's surprised Sameer really did not touch her. Indira completed her work and gets disappointed for not seeing Sameer the whole afternoon and he is seriously keeping his promise. Indira starts packing her thinks to leave, she gives a frustrated sigh talking to herself 'I said not to touch but I did not say not even to come infront of me' Sameer "what to do, if I see you I cannot keep my hands to myself" Indira jumps under her skin as she is not expecting Sameer at this hour "t-tum" Sameer "hain mein", he said coming near to her closing the lab door. Indira gives a what-are-you-doing look and panics when Sameer starts walking towards her. Indira points her finger to Sameer starting moving back "dekho I said you should not touch me" Sameer shows his hands up as surrender says "did I touch you? No naa then why are you so afraid, I wonot touch you until you say to-" he said with a confidence smile. Indira swallows and says "mujhe jana hain" Indira hits the wall and Sameer put his hands either side of Indira without touching her "tho jaa voo naa mein kaha rokaa" Indira gives a helpless smile to Sameer looking at his hands. Sameer innocently asks "did I touch you, mein naa tho walls pe apna hands rakha hain, kya mein ya be hain kar saktha" Indira clearly knows Sameer is getting back on her for morning reaction. Indira rises her hand to push Sameer and stops hearing warning "if you touch me then no one can stop me after that" Indira puts her hands down looking at Sameer with wide open eyes giving him you-can't-be-serious look but Sameer is not joking he is damn serious. Indira stands like rabbit in hungry lion's den. Sameer slowly moves his face towards her ears whispers "breathe Indira" Indira notices that stopped breathing, she takes a deep breath taking his male sent in. Sameer slowly blows air seducing Indira's senses. Starting from her ears to jaw, collar bone. Indira makes a fist not to touch him, closes her eyes tight as she not able to bare this torcher. Indira "S-Sameer please-" Still Sameer is not touching her whisper huskily "for what Indira" Indira forgets for what she is saying please to Sameer- to leave her or to hold her. Sameer seducing voice is making her helpless. Her lips starts trembling unknowingly Indira puts her hands on Sameer chest pulling him near says"S-Sam" the remaining word are cut by Sameer's lips. He won the game.

Chapter-38

Next day Indira comes to office in the afternoon, someone suddenly bumps with her.

Indira "what the-" and stops to see mandira, she looks pale.

Indira "hey mandira"

Mandira as if hiding something says "hey h-how are you"

Indira "I am fine and what are you doing in the lab"

Mandira "oh Sameer sir kaliya ayetha. He need to sign some papers but he is not here so I am going"

Indira "ok"

Mandira "bye" and leave from there.

Indira starts walking towards the lab thinking 'Mandira, what is she doing at this hour in the lab? Came to meet Sameer but Sameer said he has some important meeting today in Delhi office and he said he will be late today to the lab'

Sameer informs Indira and Rishi that he has some important meeting in Delhi so he will come by afternoon. They can work from afternoon and asked both Indira and Rishi to be prepared to stay late for the day. Indira enters to the lab and notices everything is at its place nothing is disturbed 'then what did mandira doing in the lab. May be she really came for Sameer'

suddenly something strikes Indira 'mandira - wait a minute, mandira knows about my visit to farm house, does that means mandira informed Natasha and send her to Sameer's farm house and maybe she is the one who helped to post that notice on the board. Oh my god I think mandira is involved with Natasha. I need to inform this to Sameer immediately'

Her chain of thoughts is broken by Sameer and Rishi. They both are seems to be serious about their work so Indira couldnot rise her voice. They work hard till night. Sameer says "Rishi you can leave, I and Indira will wrap up the work and leave in an hour. I will drop her on the way"

It is already 11 PM, Rishi nods his head says "bye to Indira"

Indira is not hearing to Rishi, from morning she almost dropped two times the acid bottle.

Rishi pats her shoulder "Indira, are you ok"

Indira "yes Rishi I am fine. Bye I will meet you tomorrow"

Rishi smiles and leaves the lab, by mistake Rishi bangs to the door making it half close.

Sameer is still busy in his work when Indira approaches him. The experimental work is done; Sameer is doing some final paper work.

Indira "Sameer busy ho"

Sameer without raising his head says "tell me Indira."

Sameer and Indira did not notice that someone closes the door completely.

Indira continues "Sameer, what is mandira doing in the office today"

Sameer rises his head "mandira? She is here, but she took sick leave today"

Indira's doubts are increasing on mandira "Sameer I need to tell you something, do you remember the notice pasted on the board about us"

Sameer gives his full attention to Indira, she continues "only mandira knows that I came to your farm house. She only helped me to hide in your car"

Sameer "does this means she is helping Natasha"

Indira "may be"

Sameer "then maybe she might have helped Natasha in that email also"

Indira "email, what email"

Sameer "you donot know about email. I never said about that to you?"

he is shocked that he never mentioned about that to Indira till now.

Sameer continues "on that Natasha came to my office and showed me an email, in which every incident that happened in the farm house are mentioned including the rotor arm missing thing"

Indira is shocked "what, that incident we too only know and may be that mechanic but-"

Sameer "no mechanic is a village who donot know anything about Natasha and all"

Indira "does that means mandira followed us and removed the rotor arm"

Sameer looks at her with disbelieved look "but why will mandira do that"

Indira "may be for money"

Sameer "or maybe to break my engagement with Natasha"

Indira "why will she do that"

Sameer gives her a grin winking at her saying "mandira loves me"

Indira mouth falls open, glares at him with jealous, Sameer cannot stop his laugh he pulls Indira into a side hug kisses on her forehead says "why are you jealous, I only love you"

Indira blushes and smiles at his confession. Indira hugs him back.

Sameer "I will take care of her once I reach Delhi, but why did not you told me this before"

Indira "I promised mandira that I wonot take her name. But when she broken her promise and tried to degrade us then why should I keep my promise" says with angry tone.

Sameer says "its ok leave it, it is already 12. Let's complete our work and go. Tomorrow we will decide what to do with mandira and Natasha. And good news is it is 90% decided that I am going to take over Modi constructions"

Indira looks at his with shock and then happy expression shouts "oh my god Sameer, I am so happy for you" she hugs him.

Sameer "I am so happy for us, I want to complete this mess soon and marry you immediately. I cannot wait any more making you mine in everysense" taking a deep breath continues "after that beautiful encounter with you on my birthday" gives her a double meaning look.

Indira smacks on his shoulder blushing. Sameer laughs and pulls her cheeks saying "now donot distract me anymore" and starts his work controlling his argue to pull her into a hot kiss.

Natasha lands in Chandigarh, mandira goes to meet her.

Natasha "good, I like what you did for me. I will transfer the amount I promised to you by end of tomorrow"

Mandira "thanks mam"

Mandira goes from there.

Natasha called to someone "if you want hot news come to Diwan Labs tomorrow @ 6 AM", cuts the call with an evil grin "Mr. Sameer Diwan and Miss Indira Sharma – tomorrow you both will be exposed to media in such a way that both your reputation will go down the drain. I wonot leave any loop pole to degrade both of you infront of the world. Sameer tho teek hain but bechari Indira and her middle class family how can they digest this blame and insults I am going to throw on her."

Mandira loves Sameer the day she joined as his PA. But Sameer is not a type of person who messes around his PA's. He is true professional when work comes. When Sameer declared his engagement with Natasha, Mandira was jealous and she did not like Natasha's behavior with either Sameer or with her. So decided to remove her from Sameer's life and want to try her luck with him again. On that day when Sameer is going to his farm house, Natasha insulted her infront of all the staff, so to take revenge on Natasha and to break Sameer and Natasha's engagement mandira used Indira. She acted as if she is helping Indira to meet Sameer and hided her in the car. After that Mandira followed Sameer's car. She waited till Sameer and Indira slept, mandira then removed the rotor arm from the car and returned back to Delhi to give the address to Natasha. She did not inform Natasha about Indira as she want Natasha to catch them red handed. To mandira's bad luck or Indira's good luck Natasha couldnot fine Indira there. Later Mandira saw Sameer flirting with Indira and the love in his eyes for her when she comes once to Chandigarh with some work; she is sure Sameer loves Indira which raised a jealous feeling in mandira. At the same time Natasha approached mandira to help her to know if Sameer is in love with anyone. Mandira revealed about Sameer taking interest in Indira. Natasha offered mandira a huge amount of money to help her in blackmailing Sameer and getting him back to her life. Mandira accepted happily as she is sure she cannot get Sameer, atleast she can get good amount of money with which she can have a rich life. Mandira helped Natasha to send the email with all the details she knows and sure the doubt will go on Indira and that is what exactly happened. Sameer doubted for a second on Indira and Rishi. But Natasha did not expect that Sameer will go forward and will propose Indira, her plan will backfire on her.

Sameer and Indira complete their work and pack everything to leave. They both go near the door and try to open it.

Sameer "door is not opening", he tries again but still not able to open the door.

Indira "kya huvaa"

Sameer "I think someone locked the door"

Indira "but why?" Sameer and Indira think for a while and say at the same time "Mandira"

Indira continues "is the door lock thing involves mandira?"

Sameer "maybe I think Natasha is planning to catch us red headed and show to media in an inappropriate way"

Indira "oh my god now what can we do, all will sure believe her and-"

Sameer "I donot want this happen, sh*t when I roamed with you openly for whole day no one noticed us and today when we are serious involved in work... I donot want us to get caught in some scandal, I really hate this" bangs his fist on the door.

Next day morning Natasha came along with Journalists crying "I told everyone that Sameer is cheating on me but no one believe me, so I decided to show you're the live proof. He is cheating on me with his employee Miss, I cannot tell her name. How can I blame a girl? You people see with your own eyes" and opens the lap door…

Chapter-39

Next day morning Natasha gathered journalists and Diwan Labs employees infront of Sameer's office crying "I told everyone that Sameer is cheating on me but no one believe me, so I decided to show you're the live proof."

She first takes everyone to parking slot showing Sameer's car, "it is one proof that Sameer is still in the office" she slowly takes them to Sameer's lab on 5th floor continues "He is cheating on me with his employee Miss, I cannot tell her name. How can I blame a girl? You people see with your own eyes" and opens the lap door rubbing her crocodile tears.

All the journalists enter the lab like bees to capture the news. But they stops seeing nothing in the lap. Everyone turns towards Natasha "where is Sameer Diwan and the girl"

Natasha "what? They are here only-" she looks into the room to find the room empty.

Natasha "but-"

Journalists who are frustrated, as Natasha repeatedly called them saying she has breaking news, a sex scandal on Sameer Diwan, Diwan foundation CEO and did not allowed them breath and made them to come the early hours of the day, but here nothing is there. They felt she is using them for her own publicity and fired on her "madam why are you wasting our time. We know you like to create scenes to come into lime light but Mr. Sameer Diwan is not like you. Get a life if you can"

"Whats happening here?" Everyone turned hearing Sameer voice. Natasha is shocked to see Sameer infront her. Journalists go near Sameer asking him questions "Sameer Diwan, Natasha is saying you are involved with you employee, is it true"

Sameer Ignoring their question asks "what are you people doing at my office, at this hour and who asked you to come"

Journalists "Natasha said you are cheating on her and want to catch you red handed so we came"

Sameer glares at Natasha "you will never trust me Natasha, wherever I go you will come doubting on me. I am fedup with this relationship"

Natasha "but I saw you with In-" before she can take Indira's name completely Sameer shouts "enough, I am feel like suffocated in your relationship. It is better if we breakup our relationship. I am breaking the engagement infront of everyone today. I am a respectful business man and I cannot take blame on my name like this due to your insecurities"

Natasha's plan completely backfired her. She cannot believe what is happening - how Sameer and Indira escaped from the lab. She made a full proof plan then how? Journalists got what they want the spicy news but in difference way. Media knows Natasha is a tantrum queen, so there no question of not believing Sameer. Everything Natasha said about Sameer is proved wrong infront of everyone. So media made it senstation news that "Business Tycoon Mr. Sameer Diwan has broken his engagement with his longtime girlfriend due to her insecurities" Everyone supported Sameer decision and sympathy went to Sameer instead of Natasha. But no one knows really what happened on that night in the lab when Sameer and Indira are locked.

[On the night when Sameer and Indira are locked in the lab]

Sameer "I donot want to be blamed for no mistake. I need to do something"

Indira "what can we do? Can we shout for the security person to open the door"

Sameer "I think security is involved in this otherwise who will lock us after knowing that we are working here."

Indira "then what can we do, even our mobiles are deposited at security we cannot even call Rishi to come to rescuer us. God I think Natasha really planned well"

Indira gets an idea "Sameer fire alarm, if we break the fire alarm will start then automatically the doors will be opened"

The doors are automatic lock systems, when fire alarm gets on then automatically the room locks get opened.

Sameer smiles "good idea let me check the alarm" Sameer takes a stool and stands on it to check the fire alarm Sameer "oh know"

Indira "what happened"

Sameer "someone deactivated the fire alarm of this room"

Indira "what" suddenly she remembers mandira coming out of the lab in hurry "I think it is mandira, as I said I have seen her in the afternoon coming from our lab in hurry, I think they well planned everything what shall we do now"

Sameer gets down the stool. He thinks many ways but nothing is clicking at that time. Sameer checks from balcony can they jump but they are in 5th floor, it is not an option, before he can back out Indira "can we take the pipe way from here"

Sameer gives her you-cannot-be-serious look, Indira still looks at Sameer with excitement. Sameer shakes his head "no way" Indira keeps a disappointment face "kya Sameer you are not at all fun, see how tempting is the option to get down through pipe way"

Sameer keeps his hands on his hips glaring at Indira for calling him 'no fun', "I have my own ways of having fun" says as matter of fact.

Indira "kya" Sameer gives a naughty look to Indira coming near her, Indira can clearly understand the meaning of that look, she points her finger "Sameer stop, this is not-"

Sameer pulls Indira towards him, she falls on his chest with a bang. He puts his arms around her waist pulling her close. Indira puts her hands on his chest pushing him "Sameer, this is not the time"

Sameer "come on Indira, kitna acha atmosphere hain, hum tum ek kamarama bando hoo aur chabi kojaye"

Indira starts laughing and Sameer joins her laugh.

Indira puts her head on his chest hugging him "donot know what will happen now, tomorrow may be Natasha will win and show both of us down. I can handle papa but your business"

Sameer did not hear after Indira said 'I can handle papa', he totally forgot what will happen if Inder Sharma comes to know about this scandal and all, ofcourse it cannot to hidden from him. He donot want Indira to be a part of this scandal, he has to deal with Natasha alone without bringing Indira's name. Indira feels the difference in Sameers hug, it is not romantic but protective, Indira rises her head seeing tension in his face puts her hand on Sameer's cheek "Sameer", her voice brings Sameer back. He looks at her, bends to kiss on her forehead says "I donot want anyone to point a finger on you. I will seriously think what to do"

Sameer starts roaming around the room for some plan to go out of this room, Indira's plan of jump down using pipes is totally rulled out, and it is not a movie that they use thin pipes to get down from 5th floor. He roams in the balcony suddenly his eyes falls on the window of other room which is half opened. Sameer gets an idea and comes back into the room; Indira is sitting on the stool leaning on the desk puts her head on her hands on the desk in a sleeping position. Sameer comes and starts mixing some chemicals.

Indira raises her head and goes near him "what are you doing?"

Sameer "fire alarm is disabled in this room might not be disabled in all the rooms, so planned to create smoke and throw this mixture in other room. If our lucky is good the smoke will alert the fire alarm then the doors can be opened."

Indira "good idea"

Sameer raises his collar, Indira smiles and pats his shoulder. Sameer completes the mixture which starts the smoke. Indira coughs and Sameer puts the napkin on his nose and goes out of balcony and throw the bottle into other room from the window. In seconds the smoke sets the fire alarm in that room and the doors get opened.

Indira and Sameer runs out of the room. Sameer goes into the other room and stops the alarm before it makes more noise. He comes out of the room, both slowly runs down to Sameer's room where Sameer uses his remote control and locks the doors.

Indira "Sameer I need to swipe my card if they note the time then"

Sameer thinks for a while then switch on the laptop and connects to the security system and make some malfunctioning.

Indira "what are you doing? Do you know software as well"

Sameer gives his charming smile says "to make something work we need professionals but to corrupt we don't need the knowledge" winks at her "I just corrupted the records so that we can say some virus attacked or something" Indira riffles his hair laughing. They both run outside as expected there is no security at the gate. Sameer want to fire the security but he cannot do that because he donot want anyone to know that they stayed in office this late, it is already 2 PM in the night. Sameer makes a flat tire and left his car in the parking slot, both run from the back door so that no one can notice them. Sameer drops Indira at her house and goes to Rishi's house, as he cannot trust Natasha if she is having an eye on his house.

Morning @5.30 AM Rishi receives an SMS from unknown number saying 'come to Diwan Labs now, urgent', Rishi shows the message to Sameer. Rishi "who might have send this SMS" before Rishi can talk further he gets a call from Ishitha "Rishi, I got an SMS from unknown number saying come to Diwan Labs, who can it be" Sameer understand someone has send an SMS to all his employees. From their Sameer comes to office and the sees the scene unfolding infront of him.
