I'm not too familiar with India's court system... but I was wondering if what we saw in Hitler didi really happens? Do lawyers really degrade and insult witnesses and defendants like that?

Do they really bad mouth anyone they're questioning? The judge seemed to have no issue with all this.

I've see this in many hindi movies as well as in hitler-didi.

no dear in reality d court room is completely different 4m what they r showing in HD...this type of dramas r nvr happen in d court rooms...

nd lawyers nvr bhv lyk dat... every lawyers hv to follow d code of professional ethics...if dey disobey ny of d rules thn he can charged for contempt of court or professional misconduct ...nd can suspended by d bar...

lastly indian laws nd judiciary system are very modern nd smart...soo nothing 2 worry abt it😊

Thanks guys for the reply.
Phew that's a relief, knowing this only happens on TV.

I was born in India but I came to the US when I was 5 years old. So I wasn't sure of India's judicial system. The only in sight I had was what they portray on zee TV and Bollywood. 😛

Since Hitler Didi always shows real life types of issues. I got a bit confused.
