Mandira inflicted herself beside a sleepy drunk man. And now crying rape. If one walks into fire knowingly, wont they be burnt?

Does Hitler know the real circumstances? Will she still act in defence of Mandira and against Sameer as it was he who was raped by a money hungry Mandira?

Hitler is on shaky ground on this issue.

Why is that a girl always gets blamed when there is physical contact from both sides ?

Do you want to ignore Sameer coming to SN without anyone consent to enter and walk into a girl's room ? Look at the motive of Sameer, he was prepared to seduce Indu, but ends up with Mandira. Mandira too is partly to be blamed for giving her consent on the first occasion, but I would blame more on Sameer for his intentions to do so.

but on second occasion, you can't blame Mandira as it was not consentual. What about the physical injuries inflicted on her ? can anyone ignore that ? how does one define rape here ?

Say a couple is married and then divorced and one fine day that ex-husband turns up and against will of his ex-wife has sex, what would that be called ? It is rape and molest nothing else.

I won't buy any arguements supporting sameer's barbaric act nor I would blame Mandira. I think it is time that culprits who think they can get away with rape should be nailed properly.

I wish Ila bedi throws up something unique never shown before... If I would have been in her shoes... My justice to Mandira would not be him marrying her. I would like to see the court punishing in a way that he regrets throughout his life.

I would like to see make him impotent, do vasectomy.

Now I am afraid that Rishi will offer to marry Mandira like it was in that movie jeevn Dhaara. Or Indira may request Rishi to marry Mandira.

If that happens I will never forgive either of them or the CVs.

@rightnow I am guessing we will get a track where Mandira and Rishi are on the verge of marriage but I don't think it will happen. If they do, the CVs will most certainly have to find another positive lead for Indira. I am guessing that Pappu is in Mandira's cards. I want a happy ending for Mandira given this track!

I also think pappu will be coming as the great saviour as they were already in love.i don't want to give it an another name.

that does not It does not change the fact that he raped her. yes she has in the past done stupid things, but it does not change that raped her. THERE is a difference between doing something willingly or not. there is not any thing in the world that he can defend himself with. and he shall be punished

pple have to understand marraige is not the solution to a rape case. and if the family is going to talk about iszat and reputaion they better not cuz , there is no iszat left in them. the brother is theft , to the fact his own sister sends him to jail, seconde indra dad is cheater eveyone knows that , has two wives and they both fight inthe market.
