In Strict Technical sense , yes you are right.

As far as Rishi's case is considered , we don't know much about his past.

But he said clearly to Sameer : "Main hun hi itna charming ladkiyan khud mere pass aa jaati hain".

So he was not running behind girls , but the other way round.
