well this is just great...i dont like both the heroes now...forgiving rishi at some point seems acceptable since he repented but marrying him, i cant ever see indira doing that...and i really hope indira doesnt marry sameer either...going for either guy would go against everything she stands for

and its not like sameer and rishi are the last guys left in the world...i hope she finds someone more worthy of her

But 2 points I feel are getting lost in today's tragedy:

1. He did not run away from his mistake and actually sought atonement, when he had no other ulterior motive. A much easier route would have been to give money to the family.

2. He deeply fell in love with Indira, deep enough to walk away from his family and obscene amount of money. This speaks plenty about his devotion to Indira.

If Indira chooses someone else, I hope he has strength of character to do what Rishi did, even with all his shortcomings

What Rishi did was wrong but he came to CC with the intention of putting things right. Like you said the easy option would have been to hand money over to the Sharma family and walk away. But he didn't do that and became genuinely involved and concerned with the well being of the family.

Indeed he loves Indira deeply and I don't think she is actually aware of how much he loves her. He left his own family and his identity and chose to walk with Indira only. You can't get more devoted than that.

Whatever he does, it's for her happiness only.
