in my childhood...there were dog catchers sent by municipality...they r banned now...these guys used to drag dogs by their hind legs in this manner before throwing them in a cage...the scene reminded me of it & fills me with revulsion

Well I can't comment much on this Goonga Vidit -Rishi Mystery ... I think I must wait till 8pm today... after that I would be able to answer you question.

But Rishi-Sanjay convo clearly indicates that Rshi is guilty for Vidit Goonga Condition...

Before that Rishi never knew Indira... So whatever happened between Rishi-Indira was only in due course...
