He only says the 50/50 thing to give Indu and Rishi's mom a wrong impression of Rishi, resulting in Rishi being thrown out of SN and Chandni Chowk. It's scripted to the core, but I think Sameer's plan will backfire. Indu will understand or doubt that Rishi's motive was not to take over SN since if Rishi wanted he could have done that months ago. In stead, he lived there as a kirayeedar helping Indu in different situations. There's more to it than just money and SN, namely LOVE between Inshi.
I think Rishi will get out of it somehow, either he will be thrown out by Indu or he will walk out on his own (I hope the latter happens). Then he will try to end Vidit mystery and tell everyone about it, thereafter the new love story can begin.
And yeah, precaps might be misleading. 😉
