so maybe he have heard the full conversation between Munna & Sameer. And later he will prove that but stealing those papers/file on which Munna signed the deal to sell his house to Sameer.

it was Rishi, remember scenes where Indira was taken to police station, and b4 they go inside there was a guy with helmet bump with Indira... and later Indira was found with ipod in her handbag...

I thought the same.That was Rishi only and he managed to get back that signed file by Munna.But this truth would be reveal very later.When Sameer will come in picture and he will tell that house belongs to him.

On HD every scene is related with one another.Nothing is shown in void.Hopefully here Rishi managed to get back those papers.
