For indira also he'll never give 200 crores he want to usurp the property he has no intention to pay for it.you did not watch the episodes Rishi and Sameer talking for the property he'll marry Indira.

why would he give 200 crore for the property? if he marries into the family and Indira has the POA he wouldnt need to buy it...he would get it transfered to his name...
