this is true we need both, But both Banner and Moderators are decided by DEV team after sometimes the show initiated so I think everything will be ok your demand will be fulfilled you just need to wait.

the fabulous thign is that we are in thew 5th position and we didn't have a mod yet. we need mod badly and there are no dev team details also

i think first we should request for moderators

once we get the moderators for HD forum, then they can arrange the banner competition

we can request for the moderators by opening a thread in suggestions/comments forum

@Faria: can you open a thread in suggestions/comments forum?

or should i open one?
