Not that of a bad execution tbh in comparison to what's been depicted in the promos so far. Esp relocating to another city for job purposes plus the stereotypical expectations and generalizations that come out of it. I do like that the mother is supportive of the Radhika in the first episode but I really liked that the Radhika took an actual stand to voice out the conflicts that the elder males of her family having perceived when she gets the job offer in the Mumbai branch at an MNC. The father of FL is proud father when he sees his daughter's picture as a topper, but becomes a meek due to the generic stereotypical fear that's been built as to how Radhika would survive alone.
Radhika herself is right now, in that position that by going to Mumbai, all her problems will be finished in a jiffy but she is also someone who has restricted herself in completing to engineering education but there's also family pressure and issues that she's facing like the problems are real that somewhere her confidence gets lost but she does have her moments of wherein she wants to prove her worth and that her education is rather beneficial.
Right now, Radhika's has researched about Mumbai but actually living in a different city like that will be interesting since it's not that easy at first to adjust to new city. It takes ton of efforts to adjust, make new friends, handling the finances, etc.
