well i don't find the story confusing at all!

Guru Ji & Bhawaani Maa want to achieve something which they can achieve only when Kunal gets married to Bhakti, that's why they are forcing Kunal to marry Bhakti

for GuNi their motive is above all so they don't care about Vishaka...Vishaka is the biggest hurdle for them that's why they want to trap Vishaka to keep her away from Kunal

Vishaka reached Bhawaani Maa's sadhna room...that locker has a half-cut arm as shown in some previous epi, aur bhi kuch ho sakta hai us locker mei!
