😊why everybody adresses voldemort as you-know-who...and why does hp scar itches if something bad is happening to him ...??😊

They address Voldemort as "You-Know-Who" because they're all very frightened of him, and can't bare to say his name out loud.

Harry's scar is irritable because of his connection with Voldemort. When Voldemort is feeling a particularly intense feeling - be it euphoria or despair - Harry immediately feels it too. The scar doesn't only give Harry an idea of Voldemort's moods, but he can sometimes read his thoughts as well.

Because people believe that if they say his name he will return and be after them...this is one of the theories I read on mugglenet. Might not be true!
