i think tht voldy knew abt the protection harry's mum had given him..so maybe he wanted 2 be protected as well

oh.. ok. so after Vodly hit Harry with the killing curse, he took his blood?

actually I don't remember when Malfoy disarmed Dumbledore of the Elder. Did that happen in the 7th book?

Another thing is if Voldy had Harry's blood in him, then how was harry able to kill him? Voldy should also have been protected by Harry's blood right?

Harry was in the intermediate between life and death....

This is what I think:
He had both, simulteneously, been murdered and survived...like the first time it happened when he was a baby.

Voldemort used the Death Curse on him...and so he should have died. But the fact that Voldemort used Harry blood in GoF and Harry's blood was now coursing through Voldemort's veins...since his blood remained earthbound, in Voldemort's body,(this is what Dumbledore said in the chapter) Harry, himself could not die. He had the choice to die and go on or to go back and live.

Harry chose to go back, not because he was afraid of death but because the people he had left behind needed him....and Voldemort had to be conquered once and for all.

Harry was also the true master of the Deathly Hallows, he had been, ever since he disarmed Draco Malfoy, since he had already had the ring and the Cloak.
He only needed the Elder Wand...he only needed to defeat the Master of the Elder Wand(Malfoy) and he did defeat him(albeit accidentally) by disarming him.

great explained...completey agreed...
