ok Y hermione is more suited with Filtch....

1) they both have long hair

2) hermione is muggle born and filtch is a squib sooo that's make them an awesome pair

3) Both them have Cats as their pets

4) Well Filtch abide by the rules of Hogwarts so as Hermione where as Ron always neglect or ignore the warnings given by Hermione

When hermione said that there will be a lot of intereference of ministry in hogwarts in Hp 5, Ron turned a deaf ear.

5) If u point out the age difference which is between Filtch and Hermione then I would like to tell that hermione is older than Ron so age no bar and also Love is blind

6) Another important point where u may arise that is Filtch is a Squib so here also:

1) firstly, Filtch is learning magic correspondence from some university

2) I really want to point the line which Fleur said to Bill's parents when his face got distorted that she is beautiful enough for both of them So as hermione, she is smart enough for both herself as well for filtch and she knows more magic than anybody else

6) Ron always need hermione only to help them through dificult or ambivalent situations or otherwise Ron don't even bother for hermione
