HP DOTW: Were there any parts in any of the books that were left out in any of the movies? If so then which part?

I cant think of any at the top of my head right now but if i think of any i will post the parts. 😃

In Gof Harry was shown directly at Ron's place, everything at Dursleys was excluded...

No Vinki, the elf was shown

There r lots in this one & other parts...will come back with more

They didn't show Harry and Cedric talking after leaving the Great Hall.

In the book Dobby gives Harry the Gillyweed in GoF, whereas in the Movie it's Neville.

Also there are many parts that are filmed but not included in the final movie😔. Hate it when they do that 😡

In OotP, so much of the Department of Mysteries was left out. They did not show the planet room, the brains, the time-turners...and everyone apart from Harry was shown to be perfectly fine. In the book - Neville's nose was broken, Ron had welts on his arms due to the brains and was hit by something funny, Hermione was cursed by the death eater she silenced and Luna had a broken ankle I guess.

The HBP movie did not have the pensieve visits to the Gaunt shack and Hepzibah Smith's house. 😳

Hermione and Ron were supposed to be prefects in OoTP. The movie never mentioned it. There were loads of stuff that were excluded in OoTP. One of the reasons why OoTP was my least favorite movie from the series. 😲

The entire scene between Harry and the Dursleys in DH was excluded. It was a shame really because that scene was one of the most poignant scenes in the book. Especially the scene between Harry and Dudley. Seventeen years of living together under one roof and in the movie, it all ended in seconds.
