I have been thinking hard about this one and I think Dean and Seamus are too obvious...

I have a feeling it is Lupin. Here's why:

1) Jo said on MuggleNet Chat that Lupin is a Half-Blood

2) We know almost NOTHING about Lupin's past. If he was a prince of a kingdom, being a werewolf could have led to him being banished.

3) Has anyone noticed the crescent-moon shaped coffee stains on Jo's official website? They are all over the place. I have a feeling that those are hints about who the HBP is or are foreshadowing something - like a death (most probably Lupin's) 😭
