The book is really good, and after each story...it has dumbledore's view on it!
The book has already released.

My favourite story is Fountain of Fair Fortune, I love that she included the little note "Translated By Hermione Granger" at the beginning! Just made me love the book even more!
Over here, the book has been out since a week, I guess. But I got it just today. Y'all should get it, its a fun-read.

^That was also one of my favourite tales and I found it funny when JK wrote that the fountain possessed no magical qualities, it was just mere luck.

I just picked up the book from the store today, and am off to read it now... will get back and edit to post my comments! 😆

Okay, I am done reading the book and my favorite has to be "Warlock and The Hairy Heart"... !

Much as all of the stories were supposed to be fables, the story of the warlock and his hairy heart, just tells you in such chilling tones of what can happen when one meddles with dark arts and also is vane...

All of the fables were classic with teh moral conveyed in simple tones and never being preachy... actually far from that, but the fables made you realize these morals yourself... never once stating them like instructions!

I enjoyed Prof D 's notes at the end of each story... somehow, it gave a feeling of sitting right in his room in front of him , as he paced his room , telling us what he thought of the fables... I loved the picture that those notes painted...

And the classic touch was the phrase..."Translated from Runes... By Hermione Granger."

Another wonderful addition to my collection of my favorite books!

This book is a must have for all the potter fanatics.. I don't think there are many writers in the 21st century who have attempted to write fairy tales and got it right..Jo did just that with Beedle... the stories are absolute classics, I think young potter fans will make their parents read these stories to them at night..
My favourite was fountain of fair fortune and especially the warlock's hairy heart...
Dumbledore's note were the best part for me..They have some deep messages and some some insanely funny parts..Like when he talked abt the time hogwarts tried to do a "fountain of fair fortunes" play.. and how that lead to a ban on plays being performed in hogwarts😆
To cut the long story short I adore the book!

@laddoo598 - Totally agree with you... while the tales were jus stories, Prof D's notes jus got us back to the stark reality and through his notes, so much more of the wizarding world was revealed... I liked that!
