Any idea how SmartFilter works ?

When I try to watch videos posted by Nomi on zippyvideos I get following message. Are any of you having similar issue ?Do you know if smart filter settings are company specific (I am behind firewall).

Your request was categorized by SmartFilter as 'Humor;Streaming Media;Sexual Materials'.

Don't directly see the video online, download it to your PC then watch them. Incase you can't download also, it means your company(ISP) has some filtering done which doesn't let you download or use excessive bandwidth.

I can generally download videos. I never had problem with that. But the videos on zippyvideos are not downloadable so I have to watch them online. I used to be able to see them online until more than a week back.
The message I get is "Your request was categorized by SmartFilter as 'Humor;Streaming Media;Sexual Materials'.
If you wish to question or dispute this result, please click here. ". I have tried clicking on the link, describing link for the videos I want to see & requesting them to change the category. After 3-4 days I can see the videos for which I got the category changed. So I guess someone does review my requests.
Generally (I think) they have categorized entire zippyvideos.com website as Adult site.

I am sure there must be a way to request them to categorize all videos posted by specific user(Nomi) as Non-Sexual material. I am just not sure how to make that happen. I am sure there are other people out there who are behind smartfilter firewall just like me. They should be having same problems.
