Dear members,
This post is to update you on some rules that need to be followed to help keep the forum nice and clean:
Updates -
- Do not post any written updates on the forum, as we already have an updater. If we are in need of more updaters, we will put up a post in the forum regd it. If any written updates are seen the Dev Team will, effective immediately, close these posts. As you know, we have not been receiving video updates for the past few weeks. We are trying our best to find a videobie who would post India videos for us. Till then, pls have patience. POSTS ASKING FOR UPDATES WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. It takes a considerable amount of time to delete these posts almost daily and they spam the forum. Hence, pls refrain from doing so. We've also been noticing videos posted from other discussion forums. This is strictly not allowed. Videos with logos of other discussion forums/sites on the video or anywhere on the page will be trashed immediately. We will prewarn you through pm, but if you disregard the pm and continue to post such videos, it will lead in a raise in your warning level. The same applies to any abusive/defamatory posts and/or language used.
- If you have a video and are not sure if it has a logo on it, do not post it on the forum without first checking with the Dev Team!
Please, we urge all members to be patient with regards to updates. If there is any delay, you will be informed. If you have a question regarding the update, pm one of the members of the Dev Team. We make every effort to ensure updates are provided timeously.
Birthday Posts -
This is our birthday calender, and feel free to post your birthdays here!
From the past few days, many posts have been opened wishing members on their birthdays. We understand it is to make the member feel special on their bday, but these numerous posts end up cluttering the forum. So we at the Dev Team have decided that no more such posts should be opened, but instead use the birthday calender to do that.
All you have to do post your wishes for that member in the bday calendar thread. And then pm Rinkalp90, the opener of the birthday calendar, or one of the Dev Team so we can edit the title and note who's bday it is that day. This way, the member who's birthday it is will feel special, and the forum will not be cluttered with unnecessary posts. Any and all birthday posts opened from hereon will be closed.
Games in the forum -
Pls refrain from opening games in the forum. We will have a GOTW every week, and if you have an idea or want to volunteer for game of the week, pm the Dev Team. Any games opened will be closed from hereon.
Questions in the forum -
All questions should be asked at the help desk. Making a post for every question you have spams the forum. We will try our best to answer your questions at the help desk as soon as we can.
