I think I know what happened! Remember I gave spoiler from set that something will happen with Ranvir's car?! I think something happened to Ranvir thats why Kabir fighting with doctor.

And Aanchal was praying to God as we had seen in the BTS pics and Zayed was there right ?

Well...I think Naina said to Kabir that his bro will die and I feel Kabir came to place to save Ranvir and both got hurt but Ranvir more...Thats why Kabir fighting with doctor...even Sarika crying.
