I think it will come later...I feel he have some issue with health...Maybe brain tumor...thats why he will die...

Yes i also think this might come to play later on coz right now it seemed so random and out of place for Ranvir to fell unconscious...I didn't serve any purpose and i don't know what exactly is wrong with him but i think this scene did have some purpose and will come into play later
