hi friends I realized now that I was to do brief update today as well for anju, she will be back from next week
here is a synopsis of today...
Episode started with laajo trying to find safe in Ranavat's study while Harry spied on her. She went upstairs and saw a staircase going downwards which was rarely in use, she went in a store room and tried to find things frantically. She was really scared but talked herself into bravery by saying she is doing this for Nikhil.
suddenly she saw a bed sheet move and Harry came out asking what was she doing, she said she was doing nothing but to no avail he held her hand and dragged her.
Barkha was waiting for inder to come home ,so that she could go to a party.Inder came looking dejected, she asked where was he and he said in a meeting. She said you were not in office?
He asked what are you trying to say ,she said well I am just asking.
He said I was at a hotel for a long meeting, he was really worried.
Barkha did not really notice and rushed him to the party he clearly did not want to go to .
Ranaavt and his wife are discussing how embarrassed they are with Harry's cheap behavior. They are ashamed about a family friend's daughter and how harry misbehaved with her. Suddenly harry came dragging Laajo saying tell us where did you come from.
Laajo is panicking but suddenly he pointed gun ,she says yes I was in store room but what was he doing there, holding my hand so firmly, it is hurting.
She ran towards Mrs. .ranavat and Mrs. ranavat thinks she is starting drama. Laajo said he asked her to clean the room and then sneaked behind her. She said she would go to agency, she created huge scene and despite Harry's constant pleadings his family listened to Laajo and believed her.
Laajo went to CBI and told them what happened. Mrs.Roy was proud of her while Nikhil is worried and doesn't want her to continue spying.
CBI officer advised Nikhil to remember that this was a very serious criminal case and both were taking risk due to their own issues. He told them to be very very cautious.
Ms.Roy told Laajo to just do her cooking work at Ranavat's house and nothing else. She told her to avoid Ranaavt and Harry.
she told Nikhil that if laajo quit job then Ranaavt will be suspicious.
Laajo is all sad at her house thinking of harry. Nikhil came quietly behind her and she was startled, he asked her if she was scared.
She said yes but her father says try to conquer your fear. He said it is true laajo but you are brave one, even I was scared of you back then in sonbursa. He gave her a oil massage. Laajo remembered how she was so dejected after leaving Nikhil that she had forgotten that scary peepal tree(a ethnic india tree) completely. He talked about the tree but she remembered her dejection at thought of loosing Nikhil when she was sick and afterwards when she had buried away nikhil's memories.(they showed flashback of my all time fav GD scene...that look through glass scene when laajo was in quarantine.) she thinks that he doesn't know that her biggest fear is of loosing him ,hence she can win over any other fear.She leaned into him and said You don't know how much You mean to me and I can even give my own life for you.
At Ranaavt's house he is thinking how ever since Laajo came things were weird. He told his wife to fire her .Mrs.Ranavt said she is worried what If laajo complained to police about Harry so she would wait for a proper opportunity. She asked him if he spoke with their daughter. He said he did and she is coming the next day. She said why did you not call their son. Ranaavt got mad at that and said he wont as their son did not care for them. His wife is sad.
Next Day Laajo came all nicely dressed ready for Charity event .She asked Barkha to come but barkha declined saying invite was just for Laajo. She looked at Laajo's bracelet and remembers how Inder had told her not to buy the same kind of jewelry. Laajo asked how she looked .Barkha said she looked perfect. Laajo saw her looking at bracelet and offered it to Barkha who declined by saying she had her own collection. She thinks so now times are so bad that I have to rely on Laajo to get my jewelry🤢
Laajo is late for her job and the other servant gets mad at her.Laajo is rushing with work when the other servant saw her bracelet. She asks laajo how could she afford such expensive real diamond bracelet. Laajo says well it is fake, she is mad at herself for not remembering to take it off.
Barkha is sitting quietly when her mom came with exciting news about a new diamond shop. Barkha said inder said there is crisis in company hence not to spend money. Nani is worried as inder never stopped barkha from spending money before.
Barkha said I am going to paris with Inder and then spend some time with him. Nani said do you realize that laajo and Nikhil have not even gone to nainitaal(hill station not that far from Delhi may be 6-7 hr drive) for outing. don't you think they should go first. Barkha says how is it even related. They are adults living their life ,so why cant they go out if they want to. Nani is not happy. Barkha calls travel agent for hotel booking when he confirmed that inder cancelled the trip. Barkha is mad at Inder for this.
Ayesha was all agitated looking at clock in hall when her Nani tried to talk to her,but Ayesha was distracted. Suddenly the lawyer came and told that today Adi was fully free and charges were dropped against him, he was proven not guilty. Lawyer left and Ayesha just sat down saying nani I am so relaxed now. I can now go abroad to study. Nani came and sat next to Ayesha saying why do you want to go abroad. Are you trying to run away from your own self. Nani said one can never run away from one's own soul. Ayesha is thoughtful and sad.
Laajo is bringing coffee for her boss when she hears the other servant telling her that laajo's bracelet was real. She put words of doubts in mrs.Ranaavt's mind. Laajo is all worried that what would she do in this situation. She is all worried when mrs .ranavat called her to check her bracelet .Epsiode ends with worried Laajo and Suspicious Mrs.ranavat.
Pre cap Saagr is yelling at Laajo about missing rehearsals; he asks her to choose between being a house wife and a professional. Nikhil hears that and told Saagr that he had no right to speak to his wife like that .Saagar said sorry while Laajo told Nikhil that he should not interfere in her job.
my take on this maha episode is that it had very interesting takes to it so we know the son is sore spot in Ranavat's life. their daughter may be related to fashions and may see Laajo at Lakme fashion week.
Pre cap is very sad , I sincerely hope Laajo told Nikhil this away from Saagar,but we r in for some major conflict in their life thanks to Sagar.
