3rd March Written Update
The episode starts with Nikhil telling Ishaana that if he doesn't go he will never be able to forgive himself. She tells him to go and come back and stands next to the aquarium, seeing that Nikhil remembers Laajo and tells Ishaana that Laajo also used to stand there like that. They hug each other and he tells her that he will be back soon and they say their goodbyes.
In the village, Laajo is having a tough time breathing, the doctor is really worried and thinks that he wont be able to see Laajo dying. Her parents come to the clinic and see a lady crying and saying that no one will survive this illness. Saraswati is shocked to know from the doctor that all the medicines are over and there is no injection for Laajo.
In the city, barkha asks Ishaana why she didn't try hard enough and that in all this she is going to be the one to suffer. Ishaana tells them she cant do anything now she has tried everything, she says she did all the good methods, bad methods went against her mother and gave Nikhil lots of love but despite all that he wanted to go and see Laajo and she cant stop him. She tells them there are two things that can happen, one is that Nikhil comes back after seeing Laajo and the second that he never comes back. She tells Nani and Barkha both that from now on she wont put pressure on him and there wont be any promises, she tells that if ever Nikhil ever truly loved her he would be back. She says that Laajo never really left, she is still there in this room by the aquarium, by the cupboard everywhere. She shares with them that she asked Nikhil whose memories were more stronger, she tells them that she had asked the wrong question because the time and love Laajo gave Nikhil in 6 months was much more that what she had given him in 10 years.
Nikhil is driving and his thoughts are preoccupied with Laajo all the good moments and the not so good moments they both had spent. He increases the speed of his jeep and is not aware of the fast approaching truck. Suddenly he changes lanes to avoid the truck and he loses control of the jeep. He brings the jeep under control only after thinking about Laajo.
In the village Laajo condition is getting worse her parents see her from the other room through a glass window. One man gets an injection from a nearby village for Laajo, The doctor immediately gives her the injection and tells her that even God wants her to live. In the city Barkha is very irritated with Nikhil,she tells Nani that its not safe for him there Nani tells her its okay he is just feeling guilty and that he will take care of laajo and go to London. Samraat overhears the conversation and is shocked to know about Laajo, he calls up Anuradha and asks her welfare, she tells him Laajo is very sick and that she has lost her desire to live. Anuradha is very upset and says that we are all responsible for this condition as Laajo has lost all her happiness.
Nikhil is still on his way when his tyre gets punctured, he gets really worried and pushes the jeep. They show Laajo on one hand very sick and Nikhil on the other trying to reach Sonbarsa (Sakhi Saiyaan plays in the background). Nikhil reaches a mechanic who tells him that they are quite busy and it will take some time. Some one comes in and delivers bad news of someone dying, they talk and worried about this illness and how people are dying. Nikhil hears everything and gets very anxious, he asks the man the way to Sonbarsa he tells him a shortcut way and Nikhil starts running to cover the one and a half hour distance.
Nikhil reaches Laajo's house and finds it deserted and locked, he runs around frantically and reaches the place where there are a lot of dead bodies. He gets really worried and suddenly remembers the dream he had and he realizes that dream was about Laajo and his heart knew about Laajo already. He starts walking again and tells to himself that he will never let this dream of his come true.
At the clinic Saraswati and Rambachan are consoling each other and telling themselves that Laajo will be fine. Nikhil reaches the clinic and searches for Laajo one man tells him she is inside but doesn't let him enter. He points towards Laajo's parents and says that no one is allowed to enter. Saraswati is really shocked to see Nikhil and turns her face away he goes to them and requests them to talk to the man to let him enter. Rambachan tells him to leave as it is not safe for him and if anything happens to him his family members will blame them only. Nikhil begs him to let him see Laajo, Rambachan finally agrees.
Nikhil goes inside the room and finds Laajo he sees her through the big glass window and calls out to her to open her eyes and look at him. He tells her that everything will be fine and nothing will happen to her. She finally opens her eyes and sees him she extends her hand towards Nikhil. The episode ends with Laajo's condition getting worse.

P.S. I don't think my written update today would do justice to today's episode, there were so many emotional and heart touching sequences which I found it difficult to write in words. So pls everyone do see the episode😳
