From yesterdays episode it looks as if Nikhil feels obligated towards Ishana rather than love. Deep down he loves Laajo & feels guilty as he & Ishana have such long relationship. Is that why he got mad with Laajo's sppech & denial to go with him.He didn't like her saying that their marriage is not real when he should know that its true. Look @ his face when he hears Laajo agrees to go with him. HE couldn't agree to go earlier as Ishana was right there when Veer asked him.

I do think that this so called "love" Nikhil has for Ishana has become more of a habit for him as it started when he was just 13/14 years old. He has a very good reason if he wanted to use it to leave Ishana now so I don't think it's an obligation more just a habit over the # of years they've been together. Habits are very hard to break and I would imagine those from childhood even harder.😊
