Barkha and Nani are evil. They are using Ishana to fulfill their selfish plan of separating Nikhil and Lajjo. Though they are plotting evil they are essential in the serial.
Barkha has not treated Nikhil well. Nikhil has changed a lot. His family is not able to accept the change. They are thinking they can plan to separate Nikhil and Lajjo and succeed. This will not happen.
Nikhil has been telling he loves Ishana but he does not want to send Laajo away. This cannot continue like this forever. Nikhil cannot have a wife and a girlfriend.
If their evil plot succeeds and Barkha and Nani are able to send Lajjo away from Nikhil's life and their family Nikhi will realise that he indeed loves his wife Lajjo.
Nikhil will think how he has to work out things with Lajjo. Nikhil will be the person who will tell Ishana, Barkha and Nani that he values his relation with his wife Lajjo and that Ishana is a friend.
