I am just confused how will they show later that this was not love for Ishana. They are showing so much of their scenes I am afraid later his love for Lajjo might not look appealing. Just my opinion.

Yes,Ishana completely holds the strings when it comes to Nikhil,and Nikhil completely bows down before her.I see it as more of his fear that he will loose her[ishana],he feels she genuinely love him ,since he never got that kind of affaection,concern from his family,he is accepting "ishana's" love in whatever way he can,i.e even leaving by her choice.I hope now that we have Lajjo's presence that will finally blow some sense in him.He is should realise what is a true friend,someone who sacrifices her own happiness for your smile and not someone who uses and manipulates you for their pleasure.Nikhil is going to learn his lesson hard way.

agree, ishana's love probably was his "sanity" in a family where affection wasn't being thrown at him. im not exactly sure @ the age he met ishana, but if he was a teenager or young adult, that love for ishana was and is crucial without him feeling lonely and probably abandon from the ppl around him. laajo will be the one to show him how friends are suppose to treat one another: compromising, sharing, and sacrificing. both parties, not one just doing it and both parties having equal control, not just one. no one uses one another for personal gain or satisfaction, its mutual sharing of love and understanding

Agree with u all.nikhil moved towards ishana becz he was getting comfort he was craving from her.so nikhil might start realising once he starts noticing and appreciating love he ll receive from lajjo. I guess comparison starts in case of lajjo she always sacrificing end ishana she's alway receiving end..
