it makes no sense...there is something more with Shaila, idk if she is actually jealous of Laajo's position. because it seems like she doesn't spare a moment to humiliate, insult, and just degrade Laajo as if she is nothing.
Everyone thinks whatever happens in the house is Laajo's fault, even if an earthquake destroys their house it will all be Laajo's fault. I hope Laajo takes a stand otherwise ppl are going to treat her like a doormat just like Meera is being treated by her husband.
Laajo didn't do anything, all she did was open the wounds and showcase how dysfunctional Nikhil's family is. how Inder has lost his grounds as a father and as a man in the household, how Barkha cannot let go of the past and have a sick shrine like room of her deceased son, her apparent indifference as a mother to Nikhil and her lack of guidance of raising her children, Ayesha a spoiled brat whose going to bring upon her own ruin, Nani who intervenes into her daughter's household when its not needed, Shaila whose head is too far, too far in the clouds and is too involved in her self-importance, Gunjan a very sweet,loving, yet strong young woman who needs to find her footing within her family and Nikhil whose encompass by the love of one woman whose going to be the ultimate destruction of himself if he doesn't find something else to live for.
