That's her still trying to get back at Laajo. First the professor and his wife from abroad and then Laajo not obeying Barka regarding the sari her parents sent her...

On one hand she wants Nikhil to accept her as his wife in front of others (all for ulterior motives of course)and when it starts to happen and it ain't going her way she throws this spanner into the works...

oh my god, Barkha is overstepping her limits now, how can she ask Ishana to take care of Nikhil when he is married and his wife is in the same house, this is too much now. I hope Nikhil is Lucid and stops this, similarly his Uncle and Gunja step in to rebuke Barkha.
