vrish rv is shown as taking out some personal vendetta against haveli and thakurs

and his superior cant be that guy who demoted and suspended him

his superior wud be our elusive red lion

rv is playing mind games to destroy avdesh strength

and his strength is arpita

arpita is broken now and now we hv to see what happens next
if avdesh is broken then rv wud hit again

and then he wud come after bahuji

bahuji is one strong character so its not easy to fool her again,
she is already on her guard against rv
