Rv's star seems to be waning, his reign of terror has ended. Or has it?🤔 He is now sitting in jail, handcuffed and trussed like a wild animal, left in the dark to ruminate over his misdeeds. However, instead of looking sorry and terribly upset he just plain looked mad and out for someone's blood.
I cheered when RV got his just desserts, applauded the senior boss for being a good and releasing Arpita as well as ensuring RV is suspended. Yet I had misgivings about the whole thing, which later on will be kicking off with a bang...or in this case with Shikha Rani's wedding or the revelation of who her BIL will be! Then Bhauji and Avdesh will pay a big price. Also it was all too pat as to how RV was caught, given a tongue lashing and then stripped of his Uniform; in fact a cardinal rule of writing has been broken. Avdesh and Arpita's problem has been sorted out by someone else rather than themselves.
I can see why, the reason is to bring this part to an end before it all blows up sky high again. On the face of it, the senior police officer caught RV but we all knew it was Bauji, and last night we were shown the proof. I have to confess I was really disappointed to have it confirmed that the guy did it for money😭, was hoping there is someone decent and full if integrity in Lallanpur at last. But by this action, something dangerous has been set in motion.
RV is now totally out of control. He will have nothing to lose, that one thing that matter to him – his uniform – is gone and really he is almost given carte blanche to do whatever he now wants to😔. He won't forget this insult or slight to his actions. It off course never enters his mind that he is at fault, in fact the ironic scene that we saw...RV sitting in the dark and wanting a drink of water, doesn't even register with him. It is us, viewers, who saw the irony at once. With Bhauji's visit to the jail, she has given him that final push over the ledge. When he gets out, he will go after Avita with whatever means he can get his hands on (Shikha). I also think he will now target Bhauji herself. In fact, I think he will taunt Avdesh with who betrayed him and his wife. That will be the beginning of the end of Bhauji's rule over Avdesh.👍🏼
Time to sow:
Avdesh and Arpita are grateful to her now, and she stood there and looked all modest😡. The star born at that moment, basking in the glow. Yet by her very action she has started a ball rolling that soon she will wish she could stop. In her desire to eradicate RV, get one upon him for his heavy handed behaviour at the haveli including slapping her, she has now left herself wide open to being attacked. I do sometimes wonder at her. There is no doubt that Bhauji is a clever woman, very intelligent and quick on the uptake, self sufficient and in her own way really cares about the people in the haveli, But she also has this streak of selfishness and a icy core that will not tolerate any slight or insult no matter how well deserved. But so far she has won because she is always wary and never trusts another. But as mentioned before, she also makes mistakes and then tries to do a patch up job...and soon one of these patches will come off...😈
And Avdesh, what can I say about him?😃 I did like his speech where he said he needs to punish RV and enjoyed how he was so natural and easy with Arpita. Even more so, I enjoyed Bhauji's repressed fury at how much Arpita is influencing Avdesh👏. What I did not like was the role reversal of the princess in the tower😆 – Arpita opening the door to release Avdesh, who was locked in! But again I understand this scene was necessary to showcase the enormous influence of Bhauji's, that she is actually the true power in the haveli. I don't think anyone has realised how much power she has. I always wonder, if ever a war breaks out who will command the people, Avdesh or Bhauji?🤔...I hope we see a bit of the bahubali now and again...
I was also really glad to see the gang, minus Sarvaan😭. It all seems like how it is but there is added air of melancholy. Hopefully the party coming up will chase that way but I have a feeling Tanmay or RV will soon be tearing apart the haveli and nothing can stop it. For the moment.
One other enjoyable moment was Arpita and Shikha's bonding❤️, not to mention at last hear her name said the way it was meant to and not as 'seeka'!😃😆...but most importantly, the symbolism of the hands clasp, on top of one another, suggested that Apita and Shikha will be close and more they will support one another as one👍🏼. I really hope that comes true because I think Bhauji will be more dangerous than before. The next track will reveal her duplicity and immersion to her dark self and RV may bring her actions to the light as well.
After so long, it feels like things are back on track now..... So who's star is on the wane and who's star is rising? Rv or Bhauji's? Nothing is as it seems....
