I think you are right...I too mentioned that money she got for releasing beta maharaj...she did not mention it to Avdesh at all...makes one wonder, if she is taking money on the sly..sending him out to beat people up, she takes money from their relatives and then orders him to release them saying they've been taught a lesson....

But it is realistic that a guy like Avdesh (gunda, criminal and etc) to be involved in shady practices....all leading to his reformation..

how ever when chirag was kidnapped that money avdesh knows came coz jagat came to haveli to give
