yes, this episode was really very shocking and sad...brothers get pampered in many families over sisters but they do not go the extent of raping their own sisters...this case came up, but probably such things do happen though on a very low scale...

still something needs to be done to prevent such cases...I believe India is still a sexually suppressed society...perhaps prostitution could be legalized - so that brothers, fathers do not get so desperate that they turn to their own sisters / daughters to satisfy their sexual urges...

in many families girls are not allowed to keep boy friends...may be parents should allow their daughters to have boyfriends...this way young boys would get to enjoy more female company and not grow so frustrated...even consensual sex between 2 mature adults should not be looked down upon...at least this would help prevent rape n murder...

May be sex education needs to brought out in schools n colleges...the brother n his friends had access to po*n, magazines but perhaps no mature elder to guide them on such issues...an educated brain is perhaps more stable...

The scariest epi so far!

I have seem most of the episodes of gumrah, but this one was heartrending. I'm disgusted with that Kumar. And more than that his family and Dadi and his mom too who killed Khanak. And who cares how she becomes whether she laughs or not when everything is over. When she had to support Khanak she didn't, when she had to take action against Kumar she didn't. Now even if she goes to hell and gets fried in hot oil who cares. Can whatever has happened to Khanak be undone? No. And did she even get arrested?
