The continuity of this show just amazes me and I don't know if it was sheer coincidence or the sheer brilliance of the writers but we got to see pieces of the puzzle fall together bit by bit and we did not even realize that the final picture would be such a masterpiece!! Hats off to each and every person who worked on this show!!
What struck me most about the manaaoing scene was that Kesu and Gulaal were like friends...and even though Kesu is a boy and Gulaal a woman..I can't see that in this scene! Had Ali been a bit taller it would have looked like a teen boy trying to make up with his teen friend! The way they talk to each other, the scolding, the sulking...it was all between two best friends!! He gets angry with her but then he can't live without her...Gulaal was always the stronger one between the two. Kesu wore his heart on his sleeve and I found it so funny that he could get angry at her and boss her around but the minute she would stop speaking to him...his world would fall apart!!
This kitchen scene was such a blatant reminder of all the times Gulaal Kesu fought and then made up post leap..same kitchen, same Gulaal, same Kesar...the tea making, milk / tea debates and the beautiful scene that Geeshu has compared...that kitchen and balcony are epic spots in the MB mansion na?
Loved the "complaining to Vassy scene" So true..Vassy never died for them..he was alive in their hearts and in that picture frame...Again, I love the way Gulaal and Kesar think alike about Vassy...seriously looked like Kesu expected Vassy to start scolding Gulaal and on the other hand Gulaal was thinking - what stories are you telling Vassy about me?? As if she was going to put down her point of view and turn the table around on Kesu!!
Will be back for the EDT!! Amazing..it was a 5-6 minute scene and so much was said...
