But you're still on my lonely mind,
I think about you
And I dream about you all the time... (3 Doors Down)
***
Before I get to the far and between rare G & K bits - why so much Kulli?! *gags* And Talli ki bachchi! Kesar goes out of the way to make your life good, and happy, and what do you say to him on the way out?
'Gulaal yahan hoti to ... ' grrr! as if he isn't dying enough every second :(((
@Kesar's expression in response *heartbreak*
For making that horrible exit on her 'bestest friend' she almost deserved the horrible welcome from her witch and half saasu ma. :X
The only good thing about such a GK-less episode is, I can actually dare to make a post from a phone - cause there's nothing much to say. [yes, obviously not a trade off i'm thankful about...]
I do want to say how well I thought of the Gulaal PooBaa scene - Poobaa telling her 'zindagi aage hi badti hai, tu bhi badna seekh jaa' - made me think of how Gulaal's eternal problem has been not knowing how to move on. Forever and ever (read: a decade) she did not move on beyond Vasant - it took Kesar's coming back and shaking the ground beneath her dormant feet to rudely awaken her, before she was compelled to move on - such is/was/will always be Kesar's presence... But just like the time Gulaal left the house first time round and we all talked of how lost Kesar was because Gulaal has always been his anchor and he doesn't know how to hit sensibility without her - Kesar has ever been Gulaal's only cause to move on. Initially, to move beyond her grief and re-assume her responsibilities above and beyond all; and a decade later, to actually move on into a beyond Vasant phase, where she begun to find some semblance of a life she would have wanted for herself in her happily ever after - as she had long forgotten about... and minus of Kesar today - she really doesn't know how to move on. Much less so, move on beyond Kesar himself.
And finally - to Kesar's undiyo and Gulaal scene - *heartbreak* - how sad was that. Between Gulaal's kitchen disasters, and Kesar's unassuming addressing of wrong person and wrong food... its just hard to tell who is more affected. But they've always been equals - and so continues the trend.
MB- Gullu scene was so well done. I couldn't blame PooBaa to walk away from being able to take it no more... two such noble families and people - and yet so much heartbreak... sure makes you wonder how cruel fates become to bring them to such times... and that reminds me of the famous saying - kisi ko mukammal jahan nahi milta... kisi ko zameen to kisi ko asmaan nahi milta...
and that's from me - took forever - but anyway, jump right in everyone - who still feels up for a discussion after such a dement-ing doze of Kulli ... ps: I might not be able to reply, but I made a post cause its impossible to resist, even for today's worth, given the count few days left ... and yeh, ignore the typos?!
xx
ps: imagine me liking all the posts that come - i'll be reading it all! =)
