I dont know why a beautiful show like Gulaal is being discontinued, but that's what is the news these days..
All I want to say is that Whether the show stays or goes, there is one thing i would certainly like to say , and that is - Hats off to Gulaal CV's , not just for coming up with a show like this but all the more for not compromising and staying consistent and maintaining the quality of the show inspite of the TRP race. And needless to say, hats off to the brilliant actors who have brought all the characters to life in such a concincing way !
Gulaal in a very clear headed show with a consistent storyline , direction and acting ..which has the rare quality that no matter which episode you watch, it is consistent with the overall flow of the story that has been going on , and whether you like the episode or not , you are sure you are watching the same people you met some time back ...the characters are so beautifully and consistently etched...
this is a quality show , which is indeed a rare treat on Indian telly ..
I love the current phase of the show even more as it is cute and exciting at the same time ...there is kiddishness and awkwardness at the same time ...leading to a beautiful story of a unique relationship...between our Kesar and Gulaal...Never before have I seen such a relationship unfold so magically on screen...
Whether it ends or continues, Gulaal will remain a beautiful and memorable show and I will remember having watched it ...thanks to everyone in Gulaal team for not compromising on the quality of the show...

VJ, I too agree with you all the way. I have watched so many indian soaps but have left in mid way because they keep dragging the story too long or the story line drift away from its original track.

So far I have watched, I will say that Gulaal has come out as best for me. If it goes off air, I will definitely miss the show. But again as you said, the Hats off the Gulaal team. They deserve it as this show is unique among all indian soaps which has same story to offer like old wine in new bottle.
