@everyone (trifolia, Ganga, Piu, Srush, Nur, Gman, Arti...) who kept the discussion going all Saturday 🤗

ps: Gman - I read your comment/request, but I'm not sure what you're asking me to do? Like, do you just want me to go back watch that scene and analyse it over?

@Jzephyrl: Thanks for your reply. Yhea I was wondering if you could understand meaning behind Kesar sigh. But think i got the answers but not sure though.

Possibility that it could mean that kesar is relieved that Gulaal will finally get rest from Talli marriage business after this decision.

Okay I personally thought it was on account of mixed reaction from him. He could obviously tell Gulaal was still not in agreement - and I doubt he would have imagined to expect Gulaal to stand up to MB. Because the entire let's-get-Talli-married program is not wrong in the sense of wrong to her - as she told Kesar too, about wanting to see Talli happy herself - it's just happening a little too fast in her opinion and she can't help but be skeptical about Talli's sudden change of heart. So the marriage idea itself doesn't bother her, as much as its abrupt inception - she's just not convinced about Talli's conviction.

As for Kesar - like I said - I think it's obvious to him that Gulaal is still uneasy with the family plans; further he watches Talli slip away from that talk, and he knows her too, to mistake her walking out as a mere sharmaa gayi random excuse - so I think it's mixed reaction from him, to see his family happy and together on something after eons, but to realize that both Gulaal and Talli have their own reservations over the matter. Finally, when he seeks out Talli first, it's because in settling her doubts and understanding her side, lies solution to Gulaal's dilemma. He talks to Talli, to assure himself (an eventually her as well) that this is not a mere impulsive escapist decision; and he talks to her also, because Gulaal asked him, and because he knows he can assure Gulaal only when he's assured himself that Talli is not just jumping the gun for the heck.

So yeh - that's my take. Does it make any better sense?
