Chapter 10

Guddan reaches her maayka and calls her MIL.

Guddan: haan maa hum pahunch gaye ghar.

Maa: chal theek hai apna dhyan rakhna aur dawaai time se lena.

While they are talking Revti's phone starts ringing.

Revti: kya jiju ek ghante main he aapko di ki yaad aa gayi. Didi ka phone busy aaya hoga tabhi mujhe phone kar rahe hain.

Akshat: haan(in his mind chalo revti ne khud he bahana bata diya warna ise Kya bolta Maine isko phone kyun kiya guddan ko kyu nai)

Revti: haan wo aapki mummy ko phone kar rahi thi.

Akshat: surprisingly kyun?

Revti: batane k liye ki wo pahunch gayi hain. Bas

Akshat: chalo theek hai. Take care of her.

Revti: ok. Bye

Akshat gets thinking she called his mother and not him.

Next Morning Jindal House

AJ is getting ready in his room. Angad is ready and waiting for his Brother downstairs. Angad sees a servant taking a coffee to AJ's room.

Angad: rajkumar(RK) subah se teesri baar coffee le ja rahe ho tum. Kya baat hai.

RK: angad sir pehli 2 coffee akshat sir ko pasand nai aayi ab teesri le jaa raha hun.

Angad: do mujhe. Main de k aata hun. Bhai aapki coffee.

AJ: sips and puts it back on table. Is ghar mai ho kya raha hai ek dhang ki coffee nai banani aati kisi ko.

Angad: bhai relax. Main Nimisha se kehta hun wo banayegi coffee.

AJ: rehne de. Tum tayar ho. Office late hojayega. Lets leave.

Angad: bhai aap aise jaa rahe hain office.

AJ: matlab

Angad: zara mirror main dekhiye khud ko. Tie kahan hai aapki.

Akshat stands in front of the mirror and sees he forgot his tie. Then looks back on the bed and their is no tie.

AJ: Tu chal neeche main aaraha hun and he gets a flashback.

Flashback

It's been one week of their marriage. She is sitting on the bed reading some papers and he is on sofa working on the laptop.

Guddan: main aapse ek baat bolun

AJ: hmmm

Guddan: aap gusaa to nai honge.

AJ: he nods his head in NO without looking at her.

Guddan: wo hume na tie bandhna bahut pasand hai agar aapko koi problem na ho to kya main roz subah aapko tie bandh sakti hun and closes her eyes.

AJ: hmmm

Guddan: sachi and gets excited.

AJ was so engrossed in his work that he didn't realise what he had agreed to but now that he had said yes he couldn't deny it. So from that day it was always Guddan who made him wear the tie leaving aside any work she would be doing at that time.

AJ became sad and didn't wear the tie. He went to his side table to take his wallet but it wasn't their. He searched everywhere but couldn't find it. AJ shouts Nimishaaa.

Nimisha asks the servant but thay se no they never go to his room as Guddan bhabhi has told them not to. A lump is formed in AJ's throat.

Maa: kyun shor kar raha hai lalla.

Nimisha: maa wo bhaiya ka wallet nai mil raha.

Angad: aur subah se inko kisi ne achi coffee nai bana k di.

Maa: ruk jaa main bahu se poochhti hun. Usse zaroor pata hogi

AJ: murmurs use kyu pata hogi

Maa: hello Guddan beta soyi thi kya.

Guddan: nai maa boliye aap

Maa: wo lalla ne subah subah poora ghar sar pe utha liya hai. Isko wallet nai mil raha hai. Tujhe pata hai kahan hai.

Guddan: thinks and remembers she had seen it under the table when she came back from the university yesterday.

Maa puts the phone on speaker.

Guddan: haan maa wo jo hall main table hai, kal jahan sab baithe thay. Usi table k neeche wale shelf main hai.

AJ looks and finds it exactly their. He takes and is about to leave when Angad says bhai aap tie phir bhool gayi and this is heard by Guddan as the phone is still connected.

AJ: mera mann nai aaj.

Guddan: maa main rakhti hun. Bye

AJ and angad are leaving. Nimisha turns to her MIL.

Nimisha: Guddan di k bina bhaiya se kuch nai ho pata.

Maa: aadat nai haina lalla ko.

All this is heard by AJ but he leaves.

On the other hand Guddan gets thinking why didn't he wear the tie. Never in this one year has she seen him leaving without a tie. She remembers how he never called her to make him wear the tie but waited for her to come on her own. Even though she always put the tie on bed along with his suit.

Chapter 11

Akshat reaches office and goes to his cabin. He sits and Nimisha's words are ringing in his ears. He thinks is it true that I can't do anything without her. He shrugs the thought and says aisa kuch b nai hai. Nimi b kuch b bolti rehti hai.

Akshat's Assistant: calls him sir a bit loudly.

AJ: kya hua chilla kyun rahe ho. Main behra nai hun.

Assistant: sir main pichle 10 minute se khada hun yahan pe aur aapko bula raha hun lekin aapne koi jawab he nai diya.

AJ: theek hai. What is it now?

Assistant: Sir aapke sign chahiye thay

Akshat does and he leaves. The staff outside are gossiping what has happened to AJ Sir. He is behaving so weird. Itna lost to unhe kabhi nahi dekha hai. Aur aaj to matlab hadh he hogayi AJ sir jo formals pe itne strict hain is himself without a tie.One said lagta hai biwi se lad k aaye hain. All this was heard by AJ. He gets thinking wts wrong with him and why didn't he wear a tie.He thinks let it be.

On the other hand the thought of AJ not wearing the tie was still bothering Guddan. She thinks maybe she is thinking too much. Ho sakta hai guddan unka sach main mann nai hota tie peheneka she tells herself.

Revti: di kahan khoye hue ho aap. Aapki dawaai ka waqt hogaya hai chaliye.

Guddan: makes a face

Revti: aise faces mat banao. Main jiju ko phone karungi wo khud aayenge aur then he only will handle you.

Guddan: with a gloomy face murmurs unhe koi farak nai padhta.

Revti: kya hua mood off kyun hua.

Guddan: kuch nai laa dawayi.

AJ and Angad are leaving from the office.

Angad: bhaiya aap theek hain.

AJ: haan mujhe kya hoga

Angad: nai aap kuch pareshaan lag rahe thay. Office main kuch hua.

AJ: he remembered the conversation of his staff but said nai kuch b nai.

They reached home and went to their respective rooms.

Nimisha: angad, bhaiya ko kya hua hai. Office main sab theek hai while putting his clothes back in the Cupboard.

Angad: office main to sab theek hai. I think bhabhi ko miss kar rahe hain and gives Nimisha a high five.

Akshat changes and sits on the sofa working on his laptop. He sees his clothes are still on the bed. He thinks Guddan ko kya hua abhi tak mere kapde nai uthaya.

Akshat: gudannn

Aarti: laughs and enters his room. Kya hua bhai ek din b bhabhi k bagair nai raha jaa raha aapse and runs from their.

Akshat thinks am I so much dependent on her. Leave it. Sab ka dimag kharab ho rakha hai aur mera b kar rahe hain. Should I call revti and ask her about the medicine. But what will she think why I called her and not her sister. Guddan ko phone karunga to wo baat nai karegi. Let me go to maa she would have talked to her babu.

He goes downstairs and sees his mother is talking to guddan.

Maa: le lalla b aagaya neeche. Le kar baat.

AJ&Guddan: nai

Maa: lo b is mai kya sharmaana

Akshat takes the phone and both are silent but none Disconnted the call. Finally after 5 long minutes.

AJ: how r u feeling.

Guddan: better and with that she cuts the call.

Akshat is baffled but then remembers how many times he has done the same to her. He then went to his room after dinner.

In his room he remembered what all he had heard from people about the two of them and with that he slept.

On the other hand guddan couldn't sleep. She was remembering how after finishing in the kitchen she used to come and see him sleeping. That was the time when she used to observe him keenly and smile to herself.

END OF DAY 1 AWAY FROM EACH OTHER
