astha and bhag come. ram looks on happy. dr says why are they so shocked, astha will be a mom and to be happy. gaurav congratulates shiv. meena looks on upset. bhag says their prayers were answered. gaurav tells dr to have sweets. dr says her mouth got sweet when she was inside. bhag tells shiv to take astha inside. astha and shiv get ram's blessings and go upstairs.
