When Did the Show Took a Detour from the Original Plan: Post-Leap?

The post-leap episodes set a great foundation. What happened then? I think the stable and high TRPs despite the separation and Virat and Patralekha's equation made the brains behind this show stretch the original triangle, and the writing team messed up big time. The show, I feel, took a detour from the original plan the moment they abandoned the orphanage track. They had made join Sai join it for a reason, and I believe it was for Vinu's revelation. During that time, they scrapped Harini's track too -- if my memory serves me right.

I think post savi relevation they screwed up everything.... the makers planned for another kausauti ....and ghum doomed....after savi relevation everything went smooth for pakhi....for audience it was evil winning over good...I think they tried to bring back the show during holi track...it didn't worked out...and new entry was another disappointment...

Ghum is a show which does not have side tracks ....even devkit track too it was where virat fully realised he loves Sai.....those 700-750 episodes was the reason for downfall of ghum....there were 10-20 episodes which completely made audience cut off from show....then with new entry audience somewhere assured themselves virat will become husband to pakhi so they left show post his entry..but I think if they end satya character and give reunion of sairat with high promotion they can get high trp...because in my view trp audience sympathize with virat....

I don't think so. They deviated from the original plan when they decided not to punish Patralekha for her sins pre leap and made Sai walk out with little vinu. In the original, Patralekha's character marries someone else and moves on in life.

I think they brought in a new set of writer to take the story in another direction. So, not talking about the original show Kusum Dola. I am wondering about what made them stretch only one emotions for so long -- loss -- post leap. They started with a bang. The kids were also sidelined.

Well, everyone was waiting for Savi's revelation and that there would be some change in the equation, but that didn't happen because why change the emotion that was giving them high TRPs.

Even though they deviated, the trps were still stable post leap... So i felt one more reason could be Sai was shown to marry Satya out of majboori and main reason for this was Patralekha and Ashwini manipulated Sai... By this they again showed Patralekha winning.... 👎🏼Patralekha left Virat when Sai and Virat had no point of return.. 😳

I feel audience did not have problem with Satya character😊 but were disappointed with the way they showed Sai and Satya get married on one more compromise instead of a good build up...

I was looking forward to see Virat's redemption and Sai Satya bonding 😊 Also the fact they stopped giving good fiery and meaningful dialogues to Sai and instead wrote good ones for Patralekha 😡
