I mean Saiya are not in even fetus stage yet. As of now they have an understanding, they barely know each other with absolutely no history or even friendship. There is nothing like he needs to trust or not trust his wife.

On other hand V has always been insecure of Sai, day1 she has been declaring that she is going to leave one day (yes, yes she has a good reason for that). And his fears have been validated by her trying to leave many times and at last successfully staying away for several years and now getting randomly married. For Sai there maybe a sort of closure but V doesn't have it yet. Just zaqm par zaqm (yes, yes kaand pe kaand too, I am not excusing him), ends up CAing her. Until then he will be angry, upset, hurt and all heart too.

Sai has stellar character. Anyone esp V CA-ing her is her touchy topic.

They just don't know how to talk to each other. They understand each other yet, they don't clarify each other. In the soul hug, she understands that he is hurt by her not returning after accident and marrying "random dude" (jitna rona hai rolo, dant lo, lekin khud ko sambhalo). Many not agree why she goes to console him. She does because she knows her actions have hurt him. And she took those actions because he hurt her. ring-a-ring-a roses!

So comparing how V reacts Vs Satya walking away are not the same. Satya is not being tested here. Maybe from a husband pride/ego perspective acted as a gentleman but he is not an ashique yet(?)

V has had enough time, opportunity to know Sai, understand her, her behavior, her personality. He knows her, STILL he has only doubted her, hurt her and prioritized others over her and expected her to understand. He thinks he is doing her a favor by wanting to reconcile now after all the crap hes pulled. Pathetic. Leechad aadmi.

He seems to think he is entitled to have both women Sai and P be at his beck and all and if not then all the blame goes on one or both of them for making his life a mess. But he takes NO ownership.

Satya Sai had mutual respect and friendship. They share pain - pain of losing love, of feeling like they bever can have a "companion" and they are united in that. Its beautiful to see 2 broken souls heal and uplift each other.

Satya doesn't need to put up with Vs BS and can easily get him arrested for his misdemeanors but he's patient because there are kids involved and he realizes that Sai will have to deal with consequences . He doesn't have to be so mature. He can easily be aggressive and do tit for tat. But he doesn't . Thats the difference.

I beg to differ, just because there is no sex or romantic investment in each other; doesn't mean that the sanctity of marriage is not important. Marriage is a social construct. Satya and Sai are well within their rights to expect each other to comport themselves accordingly.

Even if there's nothing between them, she won't want Satya to flirt with other women in public, right? Because it would go against her social security and peace. She saw and made peace with Virakhi but was never left at peace. (I am not comparing both the situations, just giving an example.)

I would say that Satya was tested as an husband but I don't think the writers have that much brain and just wanted to make Virat jealous.

Yeah from husband's pride and ego POV it's fine to beat up men who u see talking to your aahiqui/love/wife. Asli aashiq ka trait. One can also abuse the woman u are madly in love with.

I am sad this is the definition of love that this show has easily able to force..

Marriage gives that sense of entitlement, ownership, maybe more for men since society is patriarchal. SaiYa are still not in open marriage, Sai Satya married but Sai never wanted or set a condition to be with V whenever he was in distress, Satya didn't agree for that. So yeah, being a typical male, he could have started CAing her seeing her with her ex but he didn't because he is better than that, he is better than V. Like Sai said mai Patralekha nahi Banna chahti, i want a dialogue from Satya saying mai V nahi Banna chahta, na kabhi ban sakta hu.
