I agree. Most of the fanbase is sairat favouring. I saw many posts and comments on insta waiting for sairat. Yes there are some people who are for Sai satya but it's because they hate virat not because they love Sai Satya. Virats character was butchered to an extent where redemption is somewhat hard for his character. So they are making Sai do the same things virat did to level the field. Sai was more controlled and private in her reaction to pakrat. Even she was heartbroken and all by she hid it well. Virats character is known to express his emotions whether it is love, anger or frustration. He just expresses it in a harsh manner but the emotions Sai and virat felt was the same. Virat only saw pakhi as a good companion and mother to vinu. Didn't love her. Same with Sai. She is also seeing Satya as a good companion/friend and doesn't love him. So definitely this is going to extend for so long with sairat and Satya traingle. They don't have much plot left other than doing this role reversal plot. So we just have to bear with it.
